We are two family member's who began by buying one rental property in the US and now own own and manage multiple properties throughout the US and Canada. We have decided to build a property management and investing company to help ourselves better our lives and to help our clients invest in their future with ease.  We are honest and fair with everything we do and offer, and will provide you with prompt and honest customer service.

We have the ability to help out investor's and/or first time  investor's maximize their profits by managing units in Canada and the United States. We have full teams in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio.

We are a property management company who thinks outside the box. We have found the most efficient way to buying real estate as a Canadian when investing in the US .
