How it Works

Our US Investment Program offers you the opportunity to buy a property of your choosing anywhere in the US.

How it works, is once you sign up for our program. We start looking for a house and we will make you the best return on your investment. We can get houses in one of our investing states for amazing prices from 50k-75k turnkey or close to it. At these prices anyone can get a rental property and start making extra money. We will work together with you, one on one to find you the best value for your money. We will guide you through all the steps needed in order to find a property, make the purchase and we can also help you find a quality renter and if you choose. We can manage the property for you as well.

If you choose to have us manage the property after the purchase and renter has been chosen.  We do charge a monthly fee for that. That will include collecting rent from which we will take our fee and send you your portion every month. If any repairs are needed, we will have a full team setup for any emergencies or repairs that need to be done. We also offer an in house contractor that can do and fix anything needed. That will be pending on how much work and travel time is needed. If it's cheaper to find someone in said town/city. We obviously go with the cheaper option in this case, in order to save you  and us as much money as possible. But we will make sure the work is up to our quality of standards.
